Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 12 years of experience working with youth and families in a variety of communities. I specialize in working with youth and young adults ages 7 to 25 and their families as we navigate an ever changing world. With over a decade working within the K-12 educational system, I know firsthand the difficulties today's youth face each day and the challenge this can pose for parents and guardians. I have extensive experience in supporting youth and families with various challenges including building healthy relationship skills, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I enjoy supporting young people develop a sense of self as they navigate each stage of development. Driven by a passion to empower individuals, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen and understood. It is my goal is to help clients unlock their true potential and lead thriving, fulfilling lives. Currently NOT accepting new clients at this time.
